This is Athena Sasaki, a fictional reporter in :iconpeachwookiee:'s story. I drew her for Peach. Her story is "A Jedi League of Duelists," from Yugioh. Athena's a minor character.

Took, I'd say... an hour to do completely. I loved doing her hair. :3
