Izanagi

This is Izanagi, aka Iza aka Kitty Dude.

He is what is known as a maneki neko. A maneki neko is those waving cat statues in Japan that bring good luck. I believe it originated when an Emperor walking along a road spots a cat waving at him. He goes over to investigate, and an arrow lands where he had been standing on the road. So the waving cat saved him from death. Thus, good luck.

Izanagi is a part of my Yugioh GX fanfiction known as Duel Monster Academy on Fanfiction.net. He is one of eight "Shadow Fiends." The Shadow Fiends are all creatures that are originally good creatures, but they were corrupted by a being with immensely evil powers. The object that corrupted Iza is that cat statuette right there.

Iza can turn into a cat at will, as long as he has the energy to do so. This is his preferred human form. As a cat, he looks a lot like the statuette.
